Quest Bella Vista is now seeking an experienced Hotel Receptionist to join its enthusiastic and successful team on a Full-time/Part Time or casual basis.
The position involves all aspects of front office reception providing friendly, personalised customer service in responding to accommodation enquiries, promoting the business to achieve accommodation sales, processing reservations, assisting corporate and leisure guests, and ensuring the smooth running of the reception desk.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a passion for customer service, excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, experience with front office booking systems, strong attention to detail, and a high standard of personal presentation.
Previous front office/reception experience is essential, ideally in a hospitality environment.
If you can speak Korean, that's a bonus.
The successful applicant must have the flexibility to work shifts on weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
