As the main link between our clients and the brand, you'll ensure every interaction is memorable, from first inquiry/interaction to post-purchase follow-up after the sale. If you're passionate about delivering excellent service and want to grow with a luxury brand, this could be the perfect role for you. The successful candidate will need to have a mature, pleasant demeanor and personality.
Income range: $50,000-$70,000
Schedule: Monday to Saturday with one day off during the week.

Can you keep conversations friendly and professional, making each one stand out? Are you organized and personable to confirm multiple appointments between guests and Brand Specialists (Salespersons), all the while promoting our premium products and services? The successful candidate will also be comfortable building strong, positive relationships with each customer, tracking all details of the conversation in our CRM and making thoughtful follow-ups.
In this role, you'll identify renewal possibilities, stay sharp with ongoing training, and collaborate in team meetings to keep delivering a top-tier experience for our guests.
Guest Delivery of Vehicle – post purchase: As a detail-oriented, passionate individual, you strive to create an exceptional experience for each guest. Each vehicle will be prepared and personalized for our guests, from pre-delivery checks to demonstrating vehicle features tailored to their individual needs.
With exceptional organizational skills and follow-through, you will keep all vehicle records updated, manage inbound orders, and issue vendor purchase orders as needed. You'll be the go-to for delivering a seamless handover experience and provide follow-up to ensure complete satisfaction.
Our requirements are simple: A high school diploma (or equivalent), fluency in English, a positive, customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently.
