This role will oversee and align PR initiatives across the region, managing external agencies and collaborating with internal teams to ensure strategic and effective communication.
The position will report directly to the Head of PR & Brazil and will be based in Argentina, where centralizing this function is considered strategic.Responsabilities: Design and execute communication strategies to enhance the company's reputation and visibility.
Create and oversee the drafting of press releases, speeches, reports, and other corporate communication materials.
Manage PR agencies in Mexico, Peru, and Ecuador, ensuring the effective execution of communication strategies.
Monitor media coverage and manage crisis situations by developing quick and effective responses.
Supervise and coordinate PR initiatives across LATAM, aligning key messages throughout the region.
Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields.
Experience: At least 5 years in roles related to corporate communication, public relations, or media management.
Languages: Advanced English (mandatory) and Portuguese (nice to have).
Technical Skills: Excellent writing and editing skills in both Spanish and English.
Experience in crisis management and handling traditional and digital media.
Knowledge of media monitoring tools and communication metrics.
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
