Our First Impressions team is for a customer and data-obsessed individual to join our Growth Marketing team. As Growth Product, Manager of First Impressions, you will help take our conversion rate optimization and capabilities to the next level. You'll be responsible for understanding and owning the customer experience, starting with the traffic to the site, partnering with a highly cross-functional group of stakeholders to maximize impact and learnings for the business. This role will be starting at a pivotal time as we expand our marketing and continue to accelerate growth of CookUnity's business. We're looking for a strategic growth product leader who is comfortable diving deep into the data, knows where to look to uncover insights and can collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Lead the strategy and execution of First Impressions for the Growth Marketing and Product teams, driving growth across acquisition Own, develop and maintain a First Impressions roadmap derived from data, insights and hypotheses; track and measure performance of each initiatives to inform plans Develop best practices, guidance, and templates for building and launching new landing page tests; work with cross-functional partners to align and execute Work hand in hand with analytics, marketing insights, product and engineering teams to develop a deep understanding of how customers behave on the site and where the opportunities are to improve their experience Collaborate with the product team on achievement of company goals and initiatives, leading and partnering on brainstorms, testing plans as well as advocating for engineering resources as needed Partner with cross-functional teams and analytics to monitor web analytics and customer data to identify areas of improvement and create initiatives to increase organic traffic and landing page conversion rates Write project briefs and collaborate with Creative, Product, Analytics, Product Marketing, Engineering and other stakeholders to execute on these briefs Identify and advocate for technical and cross-functional support and resources, articulating key milestones and any opportunity sizing where relevant Set the short and long-term vision for CRO, monitoring and identifying new trends, like generative AI, and providing a POV on the path forward Qualifications: 7+ years deep experience in UX, website experience and conversion rate optimization Proven track record of developing CRO roadmaps and implementing tests with clear results and an understanding of business impact Outstanding degree of understanding in a marketing or tech-related subject (e.g. AdTech, Data Science, Engineering, economics, marketing, business) Generate solutions from deconstructing problems derived from qualitative (e.g., branding, design, campaign creatives) and quantitative (e.g., performance, attribution, LTV) marketing challenges Expertise in A/B, multivariate and other testing methods and tools such as SiteSpect, Unleash and Optimizely Knowledge of Contentful, Strapi or other content management systems, familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript Strong analytical mindset and Excel skills paired with a strong sense of business operations Strong attention to detail and proven ability to execute against plans. Ability to manage multiple projects based on priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills
