We are looking for a talented and motivated individual with a first experience in growth outbound to support our pipeline-building initiatives across strategic industries.
Reporting to the Senior Growth Outbound Manager, you will be a key element in creating and executing high-performing outbound campaigns.
Your missions: Support the development and execution of our outbound strategies to boost our lead generation Assist in setting up and optimizing outbound tools (automated enrichment, CRM-BDR connections, email deliverability) Ensure high-quality data enrichment for companies and contacts Collaborate with the BDR team to ensure efficient outreach cadences Analyze campaign results, iterate and test new ideas to refine performance Work closely with other marketing teams to align outbound efforts with larger initiatives (events, webinars, content distribution) Your profile: You already have a first experience (internship included) in BtoB growth outbound marketing You have some knowledge in scraping and have enriched tools You are able to craft compelling outbound sequences You are curious and eager to learn You have an analytical mindset and you are data-drive with the ability to iterate and optimize campaigns You are a team player who can collaborate with different department such as marketing and sales, to achieve shared goals However, If you don't match all of those criteria, no worry !
