About the Role We are seeking a Marketing Tech Growth Manager with a strong background in advertising platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok, along with expertise in customer data platforms (CDPs) such as Segment and Treasure Data. The ideal candidate will have the technical prowess to integrate marketing solutions across platforms and the marketing savvy to optimize campaigns and drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about the content, AI and SEO spaces and the evolving word of mouth landscape. He/she will possess a natural ability to influence a cross-functional team to build the optimal video content strategy that educates, informs and converts new customers through innovative strategies and tactics.

We're looking for someone who can lead the video marketing efforts and drive engagement through captivating and effective visual content and optimization techniques to ensure the content is findable across the key search engines. Responsibilities: Ad Platform Management: Lead and manage the integration of advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) into our marketing ecosystem. Ensure that campaigns are fully optimized through proper tracking and data analysis. Customer Data Platform (CDP) Management: Oversee the setup, integration, and maintenance of CDPs like Segment and Treasure Data to centralize customer data for more personalized and targeted marketing efforts. Technology & Integration: Design and implement integrations between key marketing technologies, advertising platforms, and CDPs to ensure seamless data flow and real-time optimization. Data-Driven Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing teams to create automated, data-driven campaigns that leverage insights from both advertising and customer data platforms. Testing & Optimization: Implement A/B tests and experiments on various marketing channels to continually refine audience targeting, messaging, and conversion strategies. Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and analytics teams to ensure that data from various platforms is captured and utilized effectively across all customer touchpoints. Project Management: Drive the execution of marketing technology projects, from concept through implementation, ensuring that deadlines are met and performance goals are achieved. Advertising & Growth Strategy: Support the development and execution of growth marketing strategies by leveraging both paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) and customer data insights. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including advertising platforms, CDP providers, and other marketing tools, ensuring tools are used to their full potential. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in a marketing technology role 5+ years of experience in marketing technology, growth marketing, or a related role within a high-growth and dynamic environment. Strong technical experience with advertising platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns. Expertise with customer data platforms (CDPs) like Segment and Treasure Data, including building integrations across systems. Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and marketing analytics tools. Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media, email, SEO, and social media. Ability to connect the dots between technology, data, and marketing to build seamless, data-driven marketing ecosystems. Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional projects with competing deadlines. Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, data analysis, and conversion rate optimization. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and tracking platforms (e.g., Google Analytics). Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
