As theGrowth and Operations Managerat Binance, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing all aspects of payment operations, including P2P operations, Fiat channel operations, sourcing and acquiring channel leads, analytics, market research, GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies, and project management. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless and efficient payment processes to support our global user base.
Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:Develop and execute strategies to enhance payment operations efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
Team Leadership:Lead and motivate a team of payment operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve departmental goals.
Process Optimization:Continuously assess and improve payment processes to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance user experience.
Risk Management:Collaborate with the Risk team to implement robust risk management protocols to mitigate fraud and compliance risks associated with payment operations.
Vendor Management:Manage relationships with payment service providers, financial institutions, and other vendors to ensure optimal service levels and competitive pricing.
Cross-functional Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, compliance, and customer support, to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.
Performance Monitoring:Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the performance of payment operations, analysing data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Regulatory Compliance:Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards governing payment operations, staying informed about changes and updates to regulations.
Market Research and Analytics:Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in the payments industry. Utilise analytics to inform strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for growth.
Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategies: Develop comprehensive GTM strategies for new payment products, features, and initiatives. Coordinate with marketing, sales, and business development teams to ensure effective execution of GTM plans and drive user adoption.
Project Management:Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of payment operations projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Utilise project management methodologies and tools to drive project success.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience (5 years) in payment operations management within the fintech or cryptocurrency industry, with a strong understanding of P2P operations, fiat channels, payment service providers, analytics, market research, GTM strategies, and project management.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to drive operational improvements and inform strategic decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of payment systems, regulations, and compliance requirements, with a track record of ensuring regulatory compliance.
Strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and execute long-term plans to achieve business objectives.
Results-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to change and managing competing priorities effectively.
