About the role/Mission: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Group Product Manager to lead and manage all product initiatives and projects across various locations, specifically in Argentina, Brazil, and the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of large-scale product-focused programs while aligning with strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Product Management , with experience leading cross-functional product teams and mentoring Product Managers in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Additionally, you will bring a wealth of experience in Project Management , ensuring that both product strategy and project execution are in sync to meet the company's goals.
Key Responsibilities: Product Leadership: Lead product-focused programs by defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps across Argentina, Brazil, and the USA, ensuring consistent alignment with customer and business needs.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between the company's product teams and key external stakeholders across regions, maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and ensure product success.
Product & Project Planning: Collaborate with Product Managers to develop and implement detailed product plans that include timelines, resource allocation, scope, and budget. Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring timely execution of milestones.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with internal product, engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and resource availability for the execution of all global product initiatives.
Mentorship & Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers , guiding them through the product development process, prioritization, and roadmap execution, while driving best practices in product management.
Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to both product and project execution, ensuring a balance between long-term product strategy and short-term project needs.
Global Oversight: Ensure consistency in product delivery across all locations (Argentina, Brazil, USA), adapting strategies to the specific market and customer needs of each region while adhering to overall program and product goals.
Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates, product performance metrics, and analysis to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency around progress, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Continuous Product Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement, using data and feedback to refine product management methodologies , increase efficiency, enhance product quality, and improve delivery times.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure all product initiatives and projects adhere to internal standards, industry regulations, and compliance requirements in each region.
