Must be comfortable with public speakingPhysically able to complete F45 classes, to move heavy weights (50+ pounds) safely, and able to be on your feet and constantly moving while leading and instructing members for the entirety of workoutsWillingness to work flexible hours (early mornings, evenings, weekdays, weekends) At F45 Training San Rafael/Novato, it is our mission to establish and foster a welcoming and supportive community of staff and members in which we work together to improve our lives, through fitness and connection.
