Group Finance Administrator Apprentice In this role, you will be enrolled on to an 18-month Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard.
Maths and English Functional Skills will also need to be achieved if no prior exemptions.
Responsible to: Finance Director and EA to the CFO Department: Group Finance Location and hours: Role Overview: JD Sports Fashion PLC, Bury Head Office, 40 hours per week.
Working within the Group Finance department, the Group Finance Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day activities associated with running the finance department and supporting the Finance Director with diary management.
Key Duties/Responsibilities: Responsibility for administrative tasks and office operations to secure efficiency.
Supporting with the onboarding of new starters Diary management for the Finance Director Develop good team working relationships within Group Finance Managing inventory of office supplies to ensure smooth office operations.
Support with creation and submission of expense claims Raise and send Purchase Orders Supporting with departmental monthly session in creating presentation and collecting information required for the monthly sessions Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed: Very well organised Microsoft Office applications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills Ability to coordinate and prioritise different activities The Company: The JD Group is a leading omnichannel retailer of Sports Fashion, Street & Premium Fashion, Outdoors and Gyms with over 60,000 colleagues over 3,400 stores across several retail fascia's in over 30 markets around the world.
