We are seeking a Dutch and English-speaking Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview: As a Technical Support Specialist , you will be the first point of contact for customers needing assistance with technical issues related to our products and services.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding technical support via phone, email, and chat.
You will be tasked with troubleshooting technical problems, offering solutions, and ensuring that customer queries are resolved efficiently.
While prior experience in technical support is a plus, it is not mandatory, as we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Provide exceptional technical support to customers in both Dutch and English , assisting with product-related issues, system troubleshooting, and technical queries.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems, guiding customers step-by-step through solutions.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to offer accurate solutions.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
Escalation Management: When necessary, escalate complex issues to senior technical staff or specialists, ensuring timely resolution.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other technical support staff to share knowledge, resolve issues, and improve customer service procedures.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest product updates, troubleshooting methods, and technical tools to enhance your problem-solving abilities.
Required Qualifications: Fluency in Dutch (C1 or higher) and English (B2 or higher), both written and spoken.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to customers clearly and effectively.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose technical issues and offer logical, step-by-step solutions.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various operating systems, software applications, and basic hardware.

Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple technical issues at once, prioritizing tasks effectively.
