Job Overview : We are looking for a Remote Polish-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Athens , Greece.
This position is remote, allowing you to work from home within Athens.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Polish and have B2-level English proficiency .
Prior experience in customer support is preferred but not essential—training will be provided.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and is eager to grow within a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities : Customer Support : Provide high-quality customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and professional responses to inquiries.
Issue Resolution : Resolve customer issues efficiently, always prioritizing a positive customer experience.
Product Knowledge : Keep up-to-date with the company's web services to provide accurate information and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
Order Management : Help customers with placing, updating, and tracking orders, and assist with any web service-related queries.
Technical Assistance : Offer basic technical support to help customers navigate our platforms (training provided).
Collaboration : Work with internal teams to solve complex customer issues and contribute to improving customer satisfaction.
Customer Feedback : Gather customer feedback and share insights to enhance services and products.
Requirements : Fluent in Polish : Native or near-native proficiency in both spoken and written Polish.
B2 English Proficiency : A solid command of English for internal communication and documentation.
Customer Service Experience : Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not a requirement.

Documents Accepted : EU ID Refugee Certificate from Ukraine (issued later than March 2022) Residence Card Note : Only candidates who are eligible to work in Greece will be considered.

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday : 09:00 - 20:00 (flexible shifts within this time frame) Relocation : No relocation support will be provided.
International candidates should be willing to relocate to Athens at their own expense.
