A leading Latin American coffee company is seeking a talented Graphic Designer who can visually represent the authenticity of our brand, especially in packaging design, and convey the story and tradition behind our coffee production.
As a Designer, you will be responsible for creating packaging that reflects our unique identity and values.
You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all designs—packaging, newsletters, digital content, and more—embody the authenticity, creativity, and vibrant Latin culture at the heart of our company.
Main Responsibilities Develop attractive packaging designs that reflect the authenticity and tradition of coffee production, incorporating Latin cultural elements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create graphic materials for the brand across various platforms, including: Packaging Newsletters Visuals and website design Social media content Print materials (e.g., posters, postcards, brochures) Production of promotional videos Update and maintain brand style guides, ensuring alignment with company values.
Ensure quality control in all designs, maintaining brand consistency and integrity.
Prepare a portfolio that highlights projects blending traditional and Latin American design elements.
Work with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and achieve brand objectives.

Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in packaging design , with a solid portfolio that demonstrates creative and authentic designs incorporating traditional and Latin cultural influences.
Proven ability to design for brands related to Latin America or coffee , or a deep understanding of coffee culture.
Proficiency in the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinker with an understanding of cultural nuances, especially in coffee-producing regions.
Fluency in Spanish preferred ; we celebrate our Latin roots, and much of our communication is in Spanish.
English level B2 .
Strong collaboration skills with a focus on marketing and brand design.
