How you will achieve success:Design visually appealing digital marketing materials for clients across various industries and meet all personal and project deadlines.Be comfortable working in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment, iterating designs based on feedback and data.Pay attention to detail by creating pixel-perfect designs and ensuring visually consistent client branding.Tackle design challenges with innovative solutions, considering both user needs and client goals.Be a proactive team player and assist your teammates in meeting team delivery goals.Demonstrate motivation for professional development and a willingness to learn and grow.Experiences that will help you in this role:Required:2+ years of professional design experience and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).Exceptional production skills such as creating similars, photo cut-outs, and color adjustments.Highly skilled with typography, spacing, and hierarchy; displays high-level knowledge of color theory.Exceptional knowledge of how to design for various screen sizes and platforms (desktop, mobile) for a cohesive experience.A portfolio showcasing various types of design projects and satisfactory performance on a design skills test.Ability to communicate effectively in English and work a US schedule; reliable computer and internet.Preferred:Agency and e-commerce experience, particularly designing for Amazon or other e-commerce platforms.Understanding of Amazon's Platform, including specific requirements and best practices for designing for Amazon.Very strong communication skills.We consider candidates who meet the specific job qualifications, whether they are located near our Lehi, UT office or have the ability to work remotely.
