What role you will play in our teamThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in producing high-quality creative content from concept to completion. The graphic designer will take conceptual ideas, hard data and facts to create impactful visual representations, in print and digital media.
What you will doThis role requires expert knowledge of current design software and skills in every step of the design process from concept to final deliverable. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, with the ability to vary style and layouts depending on the project. A portfolio of design work is imperative.
About YouMore than 10 years of graphic design experienceBachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, communications, or similar disciplineExceptional creativity and innovative design skillsAbility to work independently and with a team to meet deadlinesAbility to translate strategic direction into high-quality design with an established brand identityExcellent organizational skills and multitasking abilityAbility to troubleshoot production challenges and find creative solutionsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish is requiredPreferred Qualifications/ExperienceCreative leader with visual storytelling experience through multimediaDemonstrated experience in video editing, graphic design and motion graphicsAn ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
