We are looking for an experienced graphic designer to join our in-house creative agency to produce impactful visual content.

What role you will play in our team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in producing high-quality creative content from concept to completion. The graphic designer will take conceptual ideas, hard data and facts to create impactful visual representations, in print and digital media.
What you will do This role requires expert knowledge of current design software and skills in every step of the design process from concept to final deliverable. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, with the ability to vary style and layouts depending on the project. A portfolio of design work is imperative.
About You More than 10 years of graphic design experience Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, communications, or similar discipline Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines Ability to translate strategic direction into high-quality design with an established brand identity Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability Ability to troubleshoot production challenges and find creative solutions Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish is required Preferred Qualifications/Experience Creative leader with visual storytelling experience through multimedia Ability to lead a team to meet deadlines while building collaborative relationships with a large network of international colleagues Demonstrated experience in video editing, graphic design and motion graphics Your benefits An ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
