We uphold core values such as Commitment, Agility, Curiosity, Adaption, and Trust Context The Go to Prod Manager is responsible in collaborating with all Development and test squad, including 3 rd parties, to ensure the product readiness to go to production.
It includes to define a global release management plan, involving all asset owners contributing to the product, ensure that the delivery covers the whole value chain of the product and customer (onboarding, transacting, billing, supporting…).
It also includes the management of the whole end-to-end testing of the product, from the strategy,optimization of the testing process, coordinate the execution of the testing, professionalizing and industrializing this process (tools, optimization, etc.).
The role is focused on professionalizing the end-to-end testing phase and go to production, ensuring the whole product value chain is covered, including the certification phase.
It involves facilitating collaboration, removing impediments and ensuring that the product is ready to go to production.
The person appointed will report to the COO.
Responsibilities Pilot the end-to-end testing and go to production process : - Design the end-to-end testing strategy in order to ensure a perfect product readiness before roll out, on the whole product value chain (customer on boarding, transacting, settlement, dynamic portal, etc.).
- Propose improvement on the whole testing phase (QA, certification, performance, end-to-end…) and streamline the whole process o follow-up of upstream tests carried out during the Build phase o accompany the team in optimizing the testing process, identifying gaps or duplication of activities, optimize testing resources (testing cards, injectors, etc.)
- Optimize, industrialize and streamline the end-to-end testing activity (tools, repository of test cases, automatization.
- Manage information and communication: ensure that stakeholders and third-party suppliers are engaged in all testing activity and ensure that comprehensive mean is in place across all testing phases to support effective decision making.
- Ease the transition to Run of each feature (onboard the Customer Operation's team, organize training, etc.)
Lead the global release management process : - Management of the whole Product release management process, in order to ensure a high quality of delivery of various assets composing the overall Product.
- Set a common calendar of release across all the assets' owners.
- Design a consistent release management process between central assets and deported assets (terminal app, app in mobile, etc.)
- Monitor the go to production of the main release, - Ensure risks, issues, dependences and assumptions are identified, raised with Project/Application Manager and actively manage risks/issues relating to the end-to-end testing workstream.
- Organize and professionalize the customer communication on planned changes (release note, etc.)
- Ease the transition to Customer operation of the new release, organize training, transition phase Requirements Experienced Project Management professional, more than 5 years in an equivalent position or in a consulting firm in IT transformation Hard skills Project Management professional, organized End to End test lifecycle experience (Agile, V-model testing, Performance…) Defect Management experience Experience of working with Application Life Management or test management tools Experience of managing and working with stakeholders and external third-party suppliers.
Experience of working on complex organization, with various stakeholders to align.
Strong knowledge in payment value chain Knowing the payment testing tools and protocols are a plus.
Language: French and English compulsory.
