The Work: Oversee all global recruitment actions for the Service Supply Chain (SSC) business within Accenture Operations. Serve as strategic recruitment partner for the SSC Business – understand short- and long-term talent objectives and headcount forecasts, align with Market Unit (MU) recruiting teams on recruiting capacity to meet growth/scaling projections. Partner with Global SSC Sales and Solution team to hire the best talent for the deals. Drive Recruitment Strategy and Do-ability for key clients across MUs, partnering with local MU teams. Develop recruitment strategy to fill "complex and niche roles" on time and focus on "Just in time" hiring for urgent and immediate positions. Create visibility on global recruitment progress through reporting and insights to SSC leadership. Lead the weekly / monthly governance with Business Leads, collaborate to build strong partnership with business leads and MU recruitment teams. Drive standardization of process and compliance requirements, best practices and I&D strategy. Drive cost optimization by employing appropriate channel mix strategies. SPoC to manage escalations and address key recruitment challenges across regions. Develop and prioritize recruiting/sourcing strategies for key recruiting initiatives, staying up to date with recruitment best practices, channel management activities, and potential use of new sourcing channels and techniques. Ensure one Accenture face to the market and maintain up to date knowledge and expertise in various geographical recruitment trends and practices, providing guidance and support as needed to MU Recruiting Leads. Additional Responsibilities: Act as a recruitment subject matter expert and champion for Accenture standard delivery solution. Ensure the recruitment process/lifecycle is completed in a fast, efficient and professional manner always, minimizing the cost and time to hire. Understand the key outcomes of recruitment activities (e.g., hires produced, effort and cost expended) and adjust to maximize return on investment. Monitor service level agreements, client dependencies, key operational metrics, and process and data compliance regularly, escalating or resolving issues where appropriate. Identify opportunity, initiate change and drive to deliver value to the client and stakeholders. Demonstrate concern for meeting changing customer needs, meet requirements in a manner that provides customer satisfaction and customer delight. Interact with clients at all levels at every opportunity and continuously introduce innovation ideas. Identify problems affecting outcomes (revenues, operating costs, working capital, risks, compliance issues) using a variety of tools and techniques and take initiative to find solutions through detailed research and objective evaluation. Job Qualification: 3-4 years experience in Recruiting, working in large teams.
Advanced level of English.
