JOB DESCRIPTION At J.P. In this role, you will be facing different challenges such as: Enhance the value of the property portfolio through effective asset and property management, ensuring the continuous operation of all systems infrastructure, equipment, furnishings, and fixtures along with the maintenance and repair of the work environment for assigned locations. Be responsible for the provision of all essential services related to the operation of the Offices facilities and Critical Mission facilities. Work closely with our 3rd party property managing agents ensuring that all properties are operated and maintained at the highest standards. Some of the Job Responsibilities: Participate in the development of a strategy for each asset in the portfolio, and ensure annual plans for each property are consistent with Asset Management's long-term strategy. Participate in the investment analysis for all significant building facilities projects to ensure appropriate allocation of capital and return on investment. Communicate with senior management on a regular basis relative to important portfolio and asset issues. Participate in the development of the budget for each property and for the overall portfolio, and monitor financial results. Work with other JPMC functions to assure smooth vertical integration and operations within the region. Lead Operations teams in each market to ensure implementation of preventative and predictive maintenance programs for all of the asset's mechanical equipment. Review and approve services, maintenance, and consulting contracts. Work closely with the outsourced Facilities Management teams on the overall portfolio strategy as it relates to financial performance. Work with Risk Management on developing sound plans to mitigate risk throughout the portfolio. Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities: Ability to understand and communicate in English and Spanish, both verbally and written. MBA or advanced degree desired. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in FM, Architecture, or Industrial/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. Highly qualified with greater relevant experience no less than 15 years. Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, AutoCAD, etc. A working knowledge of Health & Safety practices. Understanding of commercial Facilities Management contracted services and experience managing agreed Service Levels and Providers within budget. Ability to travel regionally to manage all buildings in order to effectively communicate vision, mission, and objective.
