Be a part of a revolutionary change
At PMI, we've chosen to do something incredible. We're totally transforming our business and building our future on one clear purpose – to deliver a smoke-free future.
The purpose of the role is to: Implement Global Mobility policies and programmes, as well as partner with the business to support the company's smoke-free future vision through international assignments and permanent international transfers, which are key means for PMI to expand geographically, to attract, motivate and retain our best global talent, and to fulfill the Company's commitment to diversity. The Global Mobility Advisor will: Be the primary point of contact for the assignee, the business and P&C within the assigned function and inbound the assigned region. Your 'day to day': ASSIGNMENT MANAGEMENT:
Manage end to end assignment tailored to the individual assignee and their family needs, enhancing the assignee experience (not cost). Coordinate and monitor international assignment transfer steps between involved parties by applying PMI principles and practices to ensure assignees' and business' requirements are met.
ADVISORY ROLE:
Provide global mobility consultancy scaled to support volume and complexity. Advise international assignees and other parties involved in the international assignment about Company's global mobility guidelines and practices, assignment planning, including relocation, immigration, tax and social security considerations. Act as the 'customer-facing' client services representative, being the key point of contact for assignees on various topics like relocation benefits and services, employment terms and conditions and all related compensation & benefits, providing best in class service and support for assignees.
STAKEHOLDER RELATIONSHIP / VENDOR DELIVERY:
Coordinate services provided by vendors through constant review and monitoring of service, ensuring timely escalation of deviations from the standard services, to enable immediate resolution of incidents and smooth delivery. Manage the relationship and arrangements with key local external service providers, key local contacts and other sub-teams internal and external to Global Mobility, to ensure that service delivery is 'fit for purpose' and effectively delivered to assignees and offices. Ensure services are delivered as per policy and vendors agreements.
CONTROLS & COMPLIANCE:
Safeguard Company's principles and practices through implementation of required operational controls. Secure full compliance of the international assignment activities with the legal requirements and Company Principles and Practices. Timely and accurately update assignee and assignment data in the team's tools and systems to ensure data integrity. Proactively raise any compliance issues encountered.
Who we're looking for: College/University or during HR or related studies A professional with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in Global Mobility in an international company A fluent English speaker with good communication skills A person with strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems A collaborator with strong interpersonal skills to work with people from different cultures and backgrounds as well as internal and external stakeholders at different levels Able to balance a variety of tasks and priorities What we offer: Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress. Join PMI and you too can:
Seize the freedom to define your future and ours. We'll empower you to take risks, experiment and explore. Be part of an inclusive, diverse culture, where everyone's contribution is respected; collaborate with some of the world's best people and feel like you belong. Pursue your ambitions and develop your skills with a global business – our staggering size and scale provides endless opportunities to progress. Take pride in delivering our promise to society: to deliver a smoke-free future. #LI-Hybrid
