We are looking for a Global Logistics Analyst who is responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Team by providing On-Time Data Accuracy related to Purchase Orders in our main ERP and other platforms on a daily and/or bi-weekly basis, as well as helping to prepare any reporting. Expected outcomes & responsibilities Create Purchase Orders, Shipping Marks & Lot Tracking LabelsFreight Bookings: perform daily bookings approval and follow up with Forwarders and Factories.Commercial Documents: execute commercial documents controls for every cargo shipped from our factories, ensuring all corrections are done promptlyCollaborate on the monthly shipment plan from our factoriesSupport Supply Chain activities with data entry tasks to ensure 100% of the information shown in BP is up-to-date daily.Control Receivings, Create ASN's, Collaborate on the monthly Freight, Duties and Taxes calculation processOrganize in Google Drive documentation related to vendors, pre-payment invoices, FF invoices & Commercial Docs, and weekly/monthly reports.
Experience/ Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in operationsKnowledge of supply chain processesExperience in shipping/logisticsExcel proficient - data analysis (important)Strong grasp of English language, including spoken and writtenGood problem-solving skills and confidence when facing challenges to ensure we provide excellence in customer experienceContinuous learning and growth mindsetGood interpersonal & communication skills; positive work attitudeGood analytical and problem-solving skills.Able to have the right follow-up and monitoring of action items and KPIsA responsible team player who works well with othersAble to make good decisions independentlyWhat we offer:
