Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries in German through phone, email, and chat.
Assist with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
Provide outstanding customer support while meeting performance targets.
Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
What Youll Need Fluency in German (native or near-native level) and proficiency in English.
Previous experience in customer service or a related role is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a hybrid work environment.
Residency in or willingness to relocate to Porto, Portugal .
Availability to work shifts, including occasional weekends or holidays.
