Job Description: German-Speaking Customer Advisor (Web Services) – Remote in Porto Are you a customer service enthusiast with a passion for web services?
We are seeking motivated German-speaking Customer Advisors to join our dynamic team in Porto, Portugal.
This remote work opportunity allows you to assist customers from around the world, help them navigate their web service experience, and be a key part of a global team.
Key Responsibilities: As a German-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service.
Your primary responsibilities include: Customer Support : Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat, addressing their inquiries and providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
Web Services Expertise : Develop a strong understanding of the company's web services, offering accurate, clear, and helpful information to customers.
Problem-Solving : Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver personalized solutions that meet their needs.
Communication : Communicate professionally, empathetically, and clearly with customers, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
Collaboration : Work with colleagues across various departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer service.
Customer Feedback : Collect valuable feedback from customers to share with the company for service improvements.
Documentation : Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, solutions, and feedback in our internal systems.
Requirements: Language Skills : Fluent in German and at least intermediate English (B2).
You should be able to effectively communicate in both languages.
Experience : Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not required.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued.
Skills : Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
Problem-Solving : Ability to troubleshoot customer issues and provide quick, effective solutions.
