We are currently looking for a Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Ghent, Belgium .

Position Overview: In the role of Service Coordinator , you will serve as the key point of contact for customers, dealers, and service teams.
Your main responsibility will be to manage service-related requests and inquiries from our German- and Czech-speaking clients .
You will ensure smooth coordination of service appointments, resolve any issues promptly, and maintain excellent communication between all parties involved.
This is a hybrid role , allowing you to work both in the office for 2 days a week in Ghent and remotely for 3 days , giving you the best of both worlds—collaboration and flexibility.
Main Responsibilities: Act as the primary liaison for German- and Czech-speaking customers , addressing service inquiries, scheduling repairs, and handling complaints.
Coordinate and oversee the scheduling of service appointments and maintenance between customers and dealerships.
Maintain open and consistent communication between customers, technical teams, and service providers.
Track and manage the progress of service requests , ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Follow up with customers to confirm their satisfaction with completed services.
Escalate any unresolved issues or complex problems to the appropriate teams.
Regularly update customers on the status of their service requests.
Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, services provided, and follow-up actions using our CRM system.
Offer feedback to internal teams on how to improve processes and enhance customer experience based on client feedback.
Qualifications: Fluent German and Czech (spoken and written) are required for this role.
Prior experience in a customer service, service coordination, or similar position is highly advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, with a talent for building and maintaining customer relationships.
Strong organizational abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
A background or interest in the automotive industry would be beneficial but is not required.
Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while handling customer requests efficiently.
Proficient in CRM systems and familiar with basic office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
