Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.
Requirements: Fluent in German (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
