Position: German Customer Advisor Location: Greece (Remote or On-site) Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and service-related questions.
Resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular follow-up.
Requirements: Native or fluent in German (written and spoken).
Good communication skills in English .
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
Ability to work either remotely or on-site in Greece.
