General Accounting Finance Specialist

Important transnational company requires to fill the vacancy of Accounting Analyst with an initial contract of 6 months and with the possibility of extension to an indefinite contract.
ResponsibilitiesMonitoring of accounting closing activities.Monitoring and tracking of invoice registration by the service center in Mexico and businesses.Analysis of accounts payable (GR/IR accounts monitoring, others).Analysis of payroll accounts.Analyze operations related to fixed assets by current accounting and tax regulations.Generate purchase and sales reports to validate monthly taxes.ExperienceBachelor - Graduated in Accounting. (Mandatory)3 years of experience in similar positions. (Mandatory)Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).Intermediate knowledge in SAP-FI (Essential) and desirable in modules such as MM, CO, and SD.Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, and Power Point (Intermediate Level).Basic knowledge of taxation (desirable).Individual skills: effective communication, attention to detail, critical analysis skills, organization, adaptation, and proactivity in problem-solving.Work hours from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm (hybrid) – San Isidro.
