Note : This position is office-based in Manila, Philippines, full relocation support is provided for non-locals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide extraordinary service aligned with the company's culture and values.
- Significantly increase regional client deposits through phone and emails.
- Ensure that all necessary verification documents are collected.
- Document all communications with customers in the CRM.
- Serve as an ambassador for the company's vision and products.
Essential Qualifications
- Native Spanish speaker with professional fluency in English and Portuguese
- Experience in the foreign exchange (FX) industry as a conversion or retention agent
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with strong teamwork and multitasking abilities
- Strong sales orientation
- Service-oriented attitude and sales background
- Bachelor's degree in Finance from a well-known institution
- Knowledge of social networking platforms
- Customer service / relationship management and CRM experience
- Energetic demeanor and ability to self-manage time and prioritize tasks
- Target-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude and excellent learning capabilities.
- Full-time availability, working Monday to Friday
