Qualifications and Skills Required

specifically focusing on the LATAM region.
- Deep understanding of forex markets, trading platforms, and regulatory requirements in LATAM.
- Proven success in driving business growth, meeting financial targets, and leading successful regional expansions.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams effectively.
- Highly self-reliant, with the ability to oversee business development, forge partnerships, and establish new client relationships.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential; additional languages spoken in the LATAM region are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of local business practices and regulatory environments in major LATAM markets, including Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Paraguay, and Uruguay.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities,
with the flexibility to adjust strategies based on market dynamics.
