About the Role
- You'll be working on a global project together with Monks in other offices. You must be fluent in English as it's the language used in our daily operations and client collaboration.
- As a QA Monk, you use your extensive knowledge of QA processes and testing tools to assess and ascertain the workings of websites, platforms, apps, games, campaigns, and more.
- You ensure that everything, down to the last pixel, meets the agreements, requirements, and expectations—from the technical build to the frontend design.
- You make sure everything looks JUST the way it should, on any device by cross-checking everything against strict client guidelines.
- You're our last line of defense before webs, apps, and products are served to the general public, saving your coworkers from potentially embarrassing mistakes.
- Like a broken record (that isn't broken), you constantly and ever-so-coolly ask: is the design pixel perfect,
does it meet guidelines and requirements, does it click, does it log metrics correctly, is the ad legible and easy to interact with?
- You help to better integrate quality assurance into the overall production process, making sure QA methods are fine-tuned to our teams and workloads.
- You communicate our weekly results in a way that feels constructive. You master the tone of providing feedback in a great and collaborative way.

Requirements
- You are a QA master with eagle eyes and at least 2 years of experience who thrives in busy environments and brings your best self to work, where you like to have a fun time with your coworkers.
- You're a proficient English communicator, able to provide clear feedback and describe issues and required actions to Monks in other offices.
- You're familiar with testing websites, games, and mobile apps to identify defects and improve the user experience. Some experience with testing hardware and CMS would be a huge bonus.
- With a keen eye for aesthetics and technical requirements, you are experienced in ensuring that every design looks pixel-perfect.
- We will need to bank on your ability to organize and prioritize your workload to stay on top of your QA game.
- You're experienced working directly with developers as part of agile projects.
- Furthermore, you're able to report issues in detail so that your coworkers can resolve any technical or UI issues without needing another word.
- In addition to functional QA skills, you have social and professional skills and feel confident in tackling a big global project in a team with an international team of Monks.
- You have solid experience in working with bug-tracking databases and test-tracking systems.
- You are experienced in setting up detailed issue reports that allow our teams to quickly proceed with the next version of the build.
- Writing end-to-end test plans and comprehensive user cases has been a standard feat in your repertoire, covering everything from general dependencies to specific edge cases.
- You have a deft eye for detail and a creative way of working that allows you to corner every edge case possible.
