Role Responsibilities As our Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:
Managing scheduling to keep our service teams on time and organized. Communicating with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and address any questions or concerns. Resolving scheduling conflicts and ensuring the service team operates efficiently. Maintaining organized records of service calls, invoices, and payments. Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and addressing any issues promptly. Collaborating with leadership to reduce stress and streamline day-to-day operations. Proactively identifying issues and solving them before they escalate. Delivering a seamless service experience for both customers and the internal team.
