Fullstack Lead (React+Node)

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using Node.js, React, and AWS .
Your day to day will encompass: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep our solutions cutting-edge.
Required Skills and Qualifications: 8+ years of experience.
Advanced C1/C2 English level.
Willingness to complete a mandatory technical assessment.
Technical Expertise: Node.js: Extensive experience with server-side JavaScript, RESTful API development, and asynchronous programming.
React: Strong proficiency in building and maintaining web applications using React, Redux (or other state management libraries), and component-based architecture.
AWS: Deep understanding of AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, and experience with infrastructure as code (CloudFormation, Terraform).
Database: Experience with both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.
Version Control: Proficiency with Git and Git workflows.
Leadership and Management: Proven experience in leading a development team and managing project timelines.
Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Additional Skills: Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions.
Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn).
Understanding of serverless architecture and microservices.
