Azumo is looking for a highly motivated Senior Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in React, Node, and GraphQL each. The position is based remotely in Latin America. The developer will work in the EST/ PST time-zone. This position will give you the opportunity to collaborate with bright engineering minds in SaaS and big data computing. As a key engineer in the web team, you should excel with minimal technical supervision, embrace time constraints, and work with team members to deliver high-quality products and features. You will enjoy the role if you love delivering well-factored and tested JavaScript applications.
Responsibilities: Enhance existing Typescript and JavaScript code-base Architect app and collaborate with the team to integrate with 3rd party APIs and services Design the overall application framework, including component hierarchy, authentication, error handling, etc. Implement the front-end build, deploy, and CI pipeline. Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions Design client-side and server-side architecture Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in the field of software development. Solid experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js) 3+ years experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end coding skills 3+ years experience in React and GraphQL each. Self-driven and motivated, with a strong work ethic and a passion for problem solving. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery) BS or Master's degree in Computer Science, related degree, or equivalent experience Some experience with backend development (Java or Node.js) Prior experience with building RESTful web services Experience writing SQL and using NoSQL databases Experience with automated testing (TDD, mocking, unit/functional/integration) Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache), and UI/UX design An analytical mind Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or relevant field The Fullstack Javascript Engineer will be based remotely.
