Santé is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Coordinator (in office) to join our frontline crisis intervention team in La, Plata Maryland As a Clinical Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily operation of the mobile crisis program, including but not limited to, supervising Mobile Crisis Clinicians, completing clinical assessments, and working as part of a police-based team, providing emergency crisis intervention in the community.
What You'll Do: Provide supervision, training, and administrative support to the Mobile Crisis Team. Perform onsite assessments and crisis intervention. Ensure thorough and timely documentation. Educate staff and community partners about available services and resources. Collaborate with local law enforcement and other community providers to ensure adequate service delivery. Establish and monitor work schedules to ensure all shifts are covered per contract requirements. Participate in Community Boards and Committees, developing and facilitating trainings for the community as requested. What You'll Get: Salary Range: $68-75k annually.
