The position
As Novo Nordisk Training Coordinator, you will:
Coordinate people development activities, including training, training and field work development, to improve the capabilities of our commercial teams. Support the implementation of learning and development programs to guarantee growth and continuous improvement, with in-person and remote methodologies. Act as a creator, facilitator and curator of learning content. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop customized solutions; Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development initiatives and provide recommendations to improve them. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in people development to drive innovation and excellence. Participate in the onboarding program for new employees; Ensure proper documentation of all training and development activities in accordance with best industry standards. Qualifications
To excel in this position, we are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree. Advanced Spanish and English (Spoken and written) Desirable understanding of coaching, training and development methodologies. Experience in coordinating people development and training activities is desirable, preferably in a commercial or sales environment. Experience with facilitation and creation of training and workshop content is desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams; Creative and innovative skills. About the department
