About the role: We have a newly created role - reporting to our Group Service Manager and working alongside our Service Manager.
The role is responsible for leading the front of house team to ensure the provision of vehicle service meets and exceeds customer satisfaction.
This position is based at Kirrawee, Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm.
Responsibilities: Hands on leading a team of Service AdvisorsProviding outstanding customer service by being the point of contact between the customer and our back of houseReporting through ERAEnsuring the team delivers outstanding customer service and CSI is achievedHandling customer enquiries and sortingAbout you: You will be an experienced service advisor, or 2IC - or a candidate with experience in the Automotive Industry - who has a passion for customer service.ERA Power Experience – highly regardedBe a leader and able to train and coach advisorsAbility to help achieve KPI's and benchmarksWhy Tynan?
