RYZ is looking for a skilled Frontend Engineer with a strong emphasis on building user-facing applications at scale. The ideal candidate will have experience with frontend frameworks like ReactJS and a deep understanding of design systems. You will work closely with our product, design, and backend teams to create seamless and engaging experiences. Responsibilities: -Build key components in both user-facing applications and internal tools.
-Contribute to the existing codebase, helping to improve its stability and reliability.
-Collaborate closely with other Software Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, and stakeholders across the organization.
-Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern web technologies and frameworks.
-Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve the software.
-Develop a culture of high ownership, innovation, empathy, and collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
-2 to 5 years of experience designing and building enterprise-grade or consumer-facing software.
-React Native
-Exceptional coding abilities and understanding of architectural patterns in high-scale applications.
-Proficient in using ReactJS and TypeScript at scale. Native Mobile (iOS/Android with or without React Native) experience is a plus.
-Understanding of design systems, responsive design principles, and cross-browser compatibility.
-Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL to interface with backend services.
-Dedication to testing using well-known frameworks and libraries, including unit testing and end-to-end testing.
-Successful track record of shipping projects with multiple dependencies across technical and non-technical teams.
-Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
-Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements.
-Willingness to consistently make cultural choices that positively impact all of engineering.
