Main responsibilities: Act as a technical subject matter expert on projects to design Marketing Cloud consumer experiences, providing technical walk-throughs to other developers and internal stakeholders.Provide technical leadership on campaign execution projects by guiding junior team members to follow Salesforce best practices.Possess strong experience in SFMC interactions and APIs, AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL.Utilize experience in SFMC studios, including Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, Ad Studio, and Social Studio.Ensure data quality and maintain data governance standards.Conduct performance engineering, real-user monitoring, and application performance monitoring.Collaborate with the solutions architect to design and implement new features or consumer experiences.Key Qualifications and Experiences: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.5-6 years of relevant experience in information technology with an emphasis on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.3+ years hands-on experience building, delivering, and operating platforms and products is required.Ability to think strategically, analytically, and use data to support decisions.Proficiency in solution architecture, software development, engineering management, application delivery, strong sense of urgency in delivering results, and high cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity.Significant experience in building highly complex Salesforce solutions.3+ years hands-on experience in Salesforce Development Operations design and implementation.Familiarity with Agile and scrum methodologies.Experience with cloud ecosystems, including Azure, Sitecore Cloud, or AWS.In depth experience with DevOps and CI/CD as well as version control systems (e.g., Git).SFMC Certifications required: Email, Admin, Developer.Total Benefits Here are just a few of the benefits you'd enjoy working in this role for Kimberly-Clark.
