Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Front Desk Associate at Sofia Health. This role entails a range of essential responsibilities, encompassing instructor management, customer support, administrative tasks, and maintaining seamless communication with members. You must have a certificate in health and wellness or fitness, yoga to be eligible.

Qualifications Yoga Instructor, Fitness, or other health and wellness equivalent. Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Customer Service skills. Computer Literacy skills. Excellent communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and remotely.
