About the Company: We are a global company seeking enthusiastic French-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join our team in Bucharest, Romania .
This is a full-time on-site position , and we are looking for candidates who are either already located in Bucharest or are willing to relocate.
Position: French Customer Support Service Advisor Location: Bucharest, Romania (On-site) Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer support to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service-related information.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-up communications.
Requirements: Native or fluent in French (written and spoken).
Good communication skills in English .
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
Must be located in Bucharest or willing to relocate to Bucharest (this is not a remote position).
