Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
Provide detailed information about our products and services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service procedures and satisfaction.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.
Requirements: Fluent in French (both written and spoken); proficiency in English or Portuguese is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, whether remotely or on-site.
Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
