About the role The Creative Team is seeking a hands-on, creative, and detail-focused Digital Designer to join forces with our team & contribute their design experiences for our digital marketing touchpoints worldwide.
Here's what you should know if you want to be a Digital Designer at R/GA:
On any given day you might Support digital design and production tasks, including layout, template creation, edits, and final file preparation for our digital channels. Assist in the development of digital design projects for marketing, sales, and events across global regions. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, project managers, and traffic coordinators to deliver cohesive projects. Work with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure that all deliverables meet our clients' brand and design standards. Present design concepts to both small and large groups through visual presentations, email, and live meetings. Conduct research on industry and competitor design trends to continuously improve our work. Develop localized artwork for digital channels. Ensure updates and adherence to technical guidelines. The ideal person Has expert knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Miro. Understands design theory, including layout, color, typography, and hierarchy, and stays up-to-date with current design trends. Can conceptualize ideas broadly and creatively while following through with attention to detail, ensuring clean and organized file management. Has experience designing across various media and formats. Is skilled at following design instructions and implementing style guides. Thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines with ease. Is a flexible, collaborative team player who takes direction well while also offering valuable insights. Has strong verbal and written communication skills. Has experience working within brand guidelines (bonus if you've developed brand guidelines yourself). Is an excellent problem-solver with strong layout and typography skills. Possesses refined attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Can communicate ideas visually, verbally, and in writing. Has knowledge of designing for digital touchpoints, responsive design, and user-centered design with an understanding of online retail and accessibility considerations. You bring 3+ years of digital production design experience, either in-house or at an agency. Working knowledge of HTML5 is a plus. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. E-commerce experience is a plus.
