About the roleWe are seeking a talented and creative Visual Designer with a strong focus on web projects to join our collaborative team. As a Web-focused Visual Designer, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and delivering visually stunning and user-centric designs for our web-based initiatives.
Here's what you should know if you want to be a Senior Visual Designer (Web-focused) at R/GA:
On any given day you mightExecute top quality design work in line with agency standards;Manage the quality of design throughout all phases of a project;Participate constructively in inter-department and cross-service line communications;Craft actionable direction for other designers;Present confidently and professionally to clients and internal teams;Collaborate with the UX team. Translate concepts into user flows and wireframes that lead to intuitive, accessible and simple experiences, thinking about the product as a whole.Implement a visual language that includes typography, color, iconography, being able to create components and documentation that supports the system.The ideal personHas a proven experience as a Web designer during the entire design process for we and mobile platforms;Has proven design experience with examples of successfully launched projects that demonstrate strategic, conceptual and creative thinking;Exhibits exceptional communication skills within the agency team and with clients;Must have experience in creating visual interface designs and managing design systems.Deep understanding of how to create usable, accessible, and modular designs that can scale.You bringAt least +5 years of experience as a Web-focused Visual DesignerExcellence in Figma.Exceptional communication skills within the agency team and with clients;Solid foundation in typography, layout, and general design;Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills;Advance oral and written English.DiversityNo matter who you are, where you're from, who you love, follow in faith, disability (or superpower), status, ethnicity or the gender you identify with (please do tell us your pronouns), you're welcome at R/GA.
