The Advisor II of Security Solution for Latin America South leads the product management of Security Solutions and Services for Issuers of Debit, Prepaid, and Credit accounts with card and QR code payment methods.
The solutions are offered in SaaS, BPO, Advisory, and Professional services formats, and include: Enterprise Fraud Management, e-Commerce Authentication, Tokenization, etc.
The Advisor II Product Manager owns the roadmap, product life cycle management, pre-sales activities, investment cases, and solution portfolio P&L.

Manages resources to achieve successful outcomes.
Assesses business needs, conducts feasibility studies, and develops formal cost benefit analysis.Provides overall direction for complex activities – providing guidance and inputs for a medium-sized project or multiple small-sized projects.
Develops solutions to address a variety of business problems across own area/projects.Creates, executes, and revises projects, programs, and plans as needed.
Establishes and maintains internal and external client, vendor, and internal stakeholder relationships.
May serve as the primary contact for clients and vendors.
Provides and supports project and resource development activities within own department.Decisions may have an impact on related departments, resources, products, and services across the business.Keeps abreast of new developments in order to define the necessary changes to policy and practice.Possesses a broad and comprehensive understanding of the different systems/products and services in the market/organization and practices of relevant discipline.ImpactObjectives for assigned area are defined by upper management.

InteractionsFrequently interacts with matrix Director of Security Solutions, VP and Directors of Operations, Program and Project Management, Technology, Cyber Security, Marketing, Sourcing/Procurement, Vendors, Payment Networks, Compliance, Marketing, Operations, Client Services, Clients (e.g.
Issuers), Sales, and Account Relationship Managers.
Experience, Education and Core Skills6-10 years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.4-year college degree + 7 years of experience in financial transactions security software solutions and/or services.Flexibility to travel to support business development, client projects, and service.Proven results growing profitable security solutions portfolio.Experience in investment business case and product life cycle management.Effective presentation skills and stakeholder management.
