Challenge the business with a critical view and propose opportunities to improve performance.
Monitor FGI variables to ensure an optimal inventory level across GM South Americ.
Collaborate with internal customers to develop analysis that lead to actionable insights that improve business decision making, performance, and business growth.
Support with preparation of financial business plan, forecasts, budget, profitability by product (PLP) and variance analysis.
Assist with monthly reporting and communicate results to the leadership.
Develop analytics and reports and support the team in driving consistent use of business support tools (Hyperion/SAP/PowerBI).
Use and improve existing frameworks and reports to enhance the analytical environment in operations.
Define and work with stakeholders to improve data integrity and usefulness throughout the platform, including identification and implementation of opportunities to improve operations and processes that affect data.
Support Work Place of Choice goals and pro-actively collaborate with ideas and initiatives to improve well being
Additional Job DescriptionRequirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting or Engineering.
Fluent English and Spanish will be a plus.
Previous experience in a financial role.
Collaborative team player with good interpersonal skills.
Results driven, open personality with a pro-active attitude.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to build relationships and influence people.
Enthusiastic hands-on and can-do mentality.
Excellent numerical and Excel skills. Knowledge in PowerBI is desired.
Experience using Hyperion will be a plus.
