Responsibilities: Design and execute experiments focused on developing and optimizing formulations for biological agricultural solutions.Develop and refine formulation techniques to improve product stability, efficacy, and scalability.Conduct compositional analysis, rheological studies, and compatibility assessments to guide formulation development.Required qualifications: Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or a related field.Relevant experience in chemical formulation development, including stability testing, rheology, and compositional analysis.Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team setting.Able to produce consistent, high-quality results.Fluency in English.Preferred qualifications: Ph.D.
or Postdoctoral experience in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.Proficiency in colloid chemistry, polymer science, or emulsion technology, particularly for biological or agricultural formulations.Experience with experimental design and data interpretation.Familiarity with bioinformatics tools and data analysis.Location: This position is based on-site in Argentina, with periodic projects in the United States.
Candidates should be willing to travel as needed and open to potential relocation if required.
