What you will do: Provide technical and customer support during workshops Monitoring chat, providing links and sharing polling software Addressing technical issues Creating post-workshop follow-up, sending survey results and guides via Zendesk and updating Salesforce Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services What you need to succeed in this role: Excellent Spanish and English (written and verbal) is a must Experience with Zendesk.
