What you will do: Create, manage, and optimize email campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and automation. Develop and implement email marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure email campaigns align with overall marketing and business objectives Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement What you need to succeed in this role: Fluent communication skills in written and spoken English (at least C1) 3-5 years of experience as an Email Marketing Specialist Proficiency in marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools.
