Viking is looking for a Finnish speaking Team leader for our Travel care assistance services for travel insurance customers. We assist customers with travel insurance who suffer from an incident, illness or injury while traveling abroad. The service is given in English, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, and Danish language. We are now looking for a Finnish speaking Team Leader with experience from travel assistance , to be responsible for our teams in Torrevieja. Responsibilities Personnel responsibility. Providing necessary training. Coaching and competence development. Overseeing expected quality. Following service levels - KPIs and SLA's. Follow up on quality and deviations, plan and execute. Take part in recruiting. Implementation of new procedures, projects, and customers. Administrations e.g., time sheets, salary file, absence routines, updating/maintaining shift plan. Create and maintain instructions and operations manuals. Resource management, shift planning and maintenance Covering for other Team leaders in case of absence of any kind. Work closely with other departments within Viking Assistance Group. Qualifications You have experience from travel assistance. Experience from customer service, travel industry, insurance, health sector is also relevant. You have been a team leader before, or you would like to step up to become a team leader. You speak fluent Finnish and English (additional languages are a plus) You are an experienced user of IT-solutions and can quickly learn new systems. Who are you? You thrive in a hectic environment.
