We are looking to hire a skilled Financial Analyst specializing in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) with a strong client-facing background to support our expanding operations. This role is crucial for designing and implementing financial models that support our clients' business objectives, and candidates should have experience working closely with clients or consistently handling complex financial structures.
This is a full-time remote position.
Minimum Requirements: 5-8 years of work experience in finance (with at least 2 in FP&A) 2+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking and/or financial consulting Strong client communication skills, with experience either facing clients directly or handling consistent needs for new financial structures. Experience designing and explaining complex financial models, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Experience in eCommerce, manufacturing, and/or distribution, specifically familiarity with inventory accounting processes and best practices. Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling. Adaptability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Candidates based in Argentina (preferably Buenos Aires). Responsibilities: Analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing actionable insights for clients (and new clients on a regular basis). Creating and updating financial models and explaining changes clearly to clients and internal teams. Supporting FP&A initiatives including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Managing multiple financial projects and ensuring timely delivery of financial analyses. Collaborating with internal teams and external clients to optimize financial performance. Assisting with financial due diligence and integration processes related to acquisitions.
